Professor Mireles states " training in Jiu Jitsu is training for real life. Real life has ups and downs. It's what you do and those ups and downs that matters. Especially the downs. Martial arts training is about working through problems. Often you're at a disadvantage and it take it to the next level you have to learn something and apply it. When you walk outside of the Academy you already have the tools to be successful on a much larger platform. That's always been my goal and I try to facilitate that as a teacher "
